Description: Tensor Sport Custom Dial Knee Strap utilizes a dial system allows you to fine tune the exact amount of pressure needed to the injured tendon, while minimizing pressure around the rest of the leg. The turning dial lowers the pad to apply targeted pressure. A gel pad provides additional comfort on the tendon to relieve pain and soreness.

I really enjoy this band. I have used it for running and basketball and I am able to adjust it accordingly and right where it needs to. I broke my first one by my own fault so I searched online and ordered it through beyondrx and it came promptly.
The adjustable band/dial is what puts this band apart from the others; I find it extremely effective with supporting my patellar and area.
