Holiday Service Notice 2025

Dear Customers,

The team at beyondRx.ca will be taking the following days off for the holidays this year: December 23, 2025 to January 1, 2026, inclusive. Customers will still be able to place orders 24/7, but we wanted make sure that our customers were made aware of our holiday operations schedule.

Here are some important dates that you should know:

Friday, December 19, 2025, 11:30 a.m. EST Cut Off: All orders received BEFORE 11:30 a.m. will be fulfilled. Orders received before this time will be sent out through our couriers by December 21, 2025 or delivered by our drivers by December 23, 2025. All orders received AFTER 11:30 a.m. on December 19, 2025 will not be fulfilled until we return from Holiday Break on January 2, 2026.

December 21, 2025, 9:00 p.m. EST: All orders received before the cut off and requiring shipping through courier service will have been sent out by 9:00 p.m. EST.

December 23, 2025, 9:00 p.m. EST: All orders received before the cut off and requiring Local Delivery by our in-house drivers will have been delivered by 9:00 p.m. EST.

December 23, 2025 to January 1, 2026 Holiday Break: All staff will be on holiday break, spending time with their loved ones.

January 2, 2026: Normal operations resume. Please allow us up to 3 days to process, pack, and ship your order.
