Shipping policy
From the moment your order is processed, it will take up to 10 business days for you to receive your order. We typically take 1-3 business days to process your order and 1-7 business days for your order to arrive at your doorstep. In the odd occasion that we expect the journey to exceed 10 business days, we will contact you as soon as possible.
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow for 1-3 business days of processing time for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for pickup, delivery, or shipping.
SHIPPING METHODS
PICK UP
At checkout, you may choose to pick up your order in-store at our registered pharmacy, located at the following address:
You will be contacted by email when your order is ready for pickup. From the time the pickup notification is sent, you will have 30 days to pick up your order. Orders that are not picked up within 30 days of notification will be canceled and fully refunded.
LOCAL DELIVERY
We offer local delivery to our customers in these areas of the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham. If your shipping address is within these cities, but you are not able to select local delivery at checkout, please let us know and we will add your postal code to our local delivery list. You can expect delivery to take place within 3 business days of ordering. Deliveries are done by our own in-house drivers and take place between 10 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
Our local delivery rates:
- $10.00 local delivery fee will be charged on orders with 'Local Delivery' selected as the shipping option at checkout.
Upon request, same-day local delivery may be accommodated for customers who submit their orders by 11:30 a.m. and are within the Greater Toronto Area. Just simply let us know in the notes at check out OR send us an email with your name and/or order number to let us know that you would like same-day delivery and we will respond to let you know if we are able to accommodate same-day delivery that day.
CANADA POST SHIPPING
We have partnered with Shopify and Canada Post to provide customers with reduced shipping rates. The following Canada Post shipping methods are available:
- Expedited Parcel: Expected arrival date is between 1 business day (local) and 7 business days (national).
- Xpresspost: Expected arrival date is between next business day (local) and 2 business days (national).
- Priority: Expected arrival date is next business day.
We offer 2 FREE Canada Post shipping options on orders over $129, before tax:
- Free Canada Post Regular Parcel Shipping is available on orders over $129, before tax. Expected delivery is 1 to 10 business days after your order is packed and processed.
- Free Canada Post Expedited Parcel Shipping is available on orders over $179, before tax. Expected delivery is 1 to 8 business days after your order is packed and processed.
If eligible, the desired free shipping option will need to be selected at checkout.
CHIT CHATS
Chit Chats uses a wide network of couriers to deliver your parcel at an affordable rate. Though affordable, Chit Chats does not ship to all destinations in Canada; if you live in a remote community, Chit Chats may not be an available option for you at checkout. Please note that Chit Chats does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
We offer 2 FREE shipping options with Chit Chats:
- Free Chit Chats shipping is available on orders over $59.00, before tax, for Select Areas of Ontario; and
- Free Chit Chats shipping is available on orders over $99.00, before tax, for the Rest of Canada.
The expected delivery time for Chit Chats Free Shipping is 4 to 10 business days, after your order is packed and processed.
PUROLATOR
We have partnered with Shopify and Purolator to provide customers with reduced shipping rates. The following Purolator shipping methods are available:
- Purolator Ground: Expected arrival date is 2 or more business days. The exact time depends on the destination city.
- Purolator Express: Expected arrival date is next business day.
CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellation is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@beyondRx.ca, so that we can quickly facilitate the cancellation for you.
