Do you fill prescriptions online?

No. beyondRx.ca (by 99 Pharmacy) currently does not fill any prescriptions online.

Do you fill prescriptions from the United States?

No. We do not fill any prescriptions or ship any products to the United States.

Do you ship to the United States?

No. We do not ship any products to the United States.

Why do you not carry Korean Brand sunscreens?

Sunscreens must be registered with Health Canada and must have have a Drug Identification Number (DIN) or Natural Product Number (NPN), depending on the active ingredients in the product. This approval process can be long and expensive. Many Korean Brand sunscreens have not completed this approval process in Canada; as such, they currently cannot be sold in pharmacies.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

If you have received a delivery notification, but have not received your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We are here to support you.

If it is a package that was supposed to be delivered by Canada Post, we will contact Canada Post to launch an inquiry for you and advise you of next steps. If it is a package that was supposed to be delivered by our drivers (Local Delivery), we will speak to our drivers to understand the situation and have your package delivered as soon as possible.

Why do I get "Inventory Issues" or "Stock Problems" alerts at checkout?

Sometimes, we do not have the quantity that you desire in stock for a particular item. If you entered a quantity that is larger than what we have in stock, our system will give you an error at checkout. If you need a larger quantity, please send us an email and we can check our suppliers to see if we can order a larger quantity for you.

I am looking for a specific product that you do not have. Can you order it for me?

If there is a product that you desire, but we do not carry, please send us an email to let us know. We can check our suppliers to see if we can source that product for you.
