Description: Swiss Natural B50 Multi Vitamin & Mineral Timed Release is a multivitamin with many B vitamins along with other essential nutrients, released over 8 hours. It is intended for the maintenance of good health and helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.

Recommended Dosage for Adults: Take 1 caplet daily with food OR as directed by your healthcare professional. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
