Rougier Pharma Milk of Magnesia Laxative Cherry Flavour (500mL)

Description: Rougier Pharma Milk of Magnesia Laxative Cherry Flavour can be used as an antacid or laxative for the relief of upset stomach and for gentle relief from occasional constipation.

Dosage:

• For Adult, Antacid Use: 5-20 mL
• For Adult, Laxative Use: 30-60 mL
• For Children 6-12 Years, Laxative Use: 15-30 mL
• For Children 2-6 Years, Laxative Use: 5-15 mL

Medicinal Ingredients (per mL):

• Magnesium hydroxide 80mg
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Cherry flavour
• D&C red #28
• Glycerin
• Potassium sorbate
• Propylene glycol
• Purified water
• Sorbitol

Cautions:

• Persons suffering from kidney disease or on tetracycline should consult their physician before using this product.
• Overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Do not take for more than 2 weeks, unless directed by a physician.
• Do not take within 2 hours of another medicine, since the desired effect of that medicine may be reduced.
• Do not use in presence of fever, nausea, vomiting, or abdominal pain,
• If symptoms persist for more than 1 week, consult a physician.
