Description: Preparation H Cooling Relief Gel provides cooling relief from itching and burning and reduces swollen hemorrhoidal tissue. This gel is non-greasy, non-staining and does not carry an unpleasant scent.

Directions for Adults and Children Age 12+: Apply freely morning and night, and after each bowel movement. Lubricate applicator before use and thoroughly cleanse after use.

Medicinal Ingredients:

• Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 0.25% w/w
• Witch Hazel 50% w/w

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Edetate disodium
• Hydroxyethyl cellulose
• Parabens
• Propylene glycol
• Sodium citrate
• Sodium metabisulfite
• Water

• If the condition persists or in case of bleeding, a doctor should be consulted.
• Do not use this product if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, or difficulty in urination due to prostate enlargement unless directed by a doctor.
