Recommended Use:

• Nasal allergies, dryness, and hay fever
• Sinus pressure and nasal stuffiness
• Nasal symptoms from flu and cold
• Nasal irritation from occupation and house dust

Recommended Dose: 1 pack in 240 mL of designated water for nasal irrigation, 1-6 times daily
