Description: Lactaid Ultra Strength Fast Act Lactase Enzyme tablets provides the digestive enzyme, lactase, which breaks down lactose into easily digested sugars to help prevent uncomfortable symptoms of lactose intolerance. If you get gas, bloating, or diarrhea from milk or other foods, this supplement may be for you. These tablets come in a vanilla twist flavour.

Directions:

• Swallow or chew 1 tablet just before eating any food containing lactose. The amount of Ultra Strength Fast Act Lactaid tablets you need depends on the amount of lactose in the food you eat. Start with 1 tablets and adjust dosage to 2 tablets.
  
• A maximum of 2 tablets at any one time should prevent the symptoms caused by lactose intolerance.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and talk to a doctor.
