Description: Holista Organic Oregano Oil contains the leaf oil of Origanum vulgare, and has been blended with olive oil as a carrier. Oregano oil is a powerful antioxidant and antimicrobial that has traditionally been used to treat infection, internally and externally. It can help protect the body from infections, fungal or yeast overgrowth, and free radical damage. This formula has been standardized to contain 36% carvacrol in a base of vitamin E and olive oil.

Recommended Dosage for Adults: 4 drops daily mixed with water or food OR as recommended by physician. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper
