Description: Florastor is a daily probiotic supplement that promotes favourable gut flora for healthy digestion and gut health.

Recommended Use:

• Can promote a favorable gut flora to help support gastrointestinal health.
• Helps prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea in adults.
• Helps treat acute diarrhea in children.
• Helps reduce symptoms related to acute diarrhea in adults.

Directions:

• Adults: Take 2 capsules daily, 1-3 times daily, up to a maximum of 6 capsules.
• Children Age 1 to 12: Take 2 capsules twice per day.**
• Duration of use is 1 week.

Medicinal Ingredients:

• 5 billion CFUs of Saccharomyces Boulardii Lyo strain CNCM I-745
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Lactose monohydrate
• Magnesium stearate
• Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose

Cautions and Warnings:

• Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
• Do not open the capsules in the surround of patients having a central venous catheter.
• Lactose intolerance.
• Do not use if you have an immune compromised condition.
• Consult a health care practitioner prior to use of this drug if you have an abnormal condition of the gastrointestinal tract lining.
• Do not use if you are experiencing nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain.
• Treatment does not replace rehydration when this is necessary.
• May contain traces of soy.
• Contraindications: Do not use if you have hypersensitivity to any component of the product or if you have a central venous catheter.
