Description: Adrien Gagnon Melatonin 3 Liquid is a naturally berry-flavoured melatonin supplement. The liquid nature of this product allows for adjustment of the dosage, depending on the severity of the symptoms caused by insomnia. Melatonin is a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. When this cycle is disturbed, melatonin supplements can help to reset your body's natural clock, making it a viable solution for those suffering from sleep restriction or an altered sleep schedule (e.g. shift-work and jet lag). Adrien Gagnon Melatonin 3 Liquid is dairy free, gluten free, and tree nuts free.

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 to 3 mL at or before bedtime. For jet lag, take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while traveling, and at destination until adaptation to your new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Precautions: 

• Do not use melatonin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
