Description: Adrien Gagnon Melatonin 10 Dual Action Extra Strength is a dual layered melatonin supplement tablet. The first layer provides 5mg of melatonin that immediately dissolves to help you fall asleep faster; the second layer provides an additional 5mg of melatonin to increase the duration of your sleep. Melatonin is a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. When this cycle is disturbed, melatonin supplements can help to reset your body's natural clock and increase the duration and quality of your sleep. This makes it a good solution for occasional instances like jet lag. Adrien Gagnon Melatonin 10 Dual Action Extra Strength tablets are dairy free, gluten free, and tree nuts free.

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet once a day at or before bedtime. For jet lag, take at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while traveling, and at destination until adaptation to your new daily pattern. Do not drive or use machinery 5 hours after taking melatonin.

Precautions:

• Do not use melatonin if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
