Description: Adasept BP5 Acne Gel is formulated with benzoyl peroxide at 5% in a water/alcohol gel for treatment of mild to moderate facial acne. This formulations helps to dry and clear up acne pimples and helps to treat and keep skin clear of new blemishes and blackheads.
Uses:
- Treatment or management of acne.
- Dries and helps clear up acne pimples.
- Helps keep skin clear of new blemishes and blackheads.
Directions:
- Wash hands with non-medicated soap, which does not contain benzoyl peroxide.
- Apply twice daily to affected areas, or as directed by a physician.
- Fair-skinned individuals should begin with one application daily.
Active Ingredient:
- Benzoyl Peroxide 5% w/w
Inactive Ingredients:
- Carbomer U-10
- Denatured Alcohol
- Disodium PEG-12 Dimethicone Sulfosuccinate
- Phenoxyethanol
- Purified Water
- Sodium Hydroxide
Warnings:
- For external use only.
- Do not use on sensitive skin OR if you are allergic to benzoyl peroxide.
- Avoid contact with eyes, lips, mouth, and nostrils. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen.
- Avoid contact with hair and dyed fabrics, which may be bleached by this product.
- Stop use and ask a doctor/health care practitioner if you develop excessive skin irritation; or, if irritation persists; for more severe cases, and/or if substantial improvement is not apparent within 3 to 4 weeks;
- If you develop hives, swelling of eyes and mouth, blistering, or difficulty breathing, get medical help right away.
- Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call poison control centre or get medical help right away.
