Canada Post Service Disruptions

We are continuing to monitor news regarding the negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW).

As of October 20, 2025, Canada Post continues to operate and remain an available shipping option with possible delays, as the CUPW performs rolling strikes across the country. While Canada Post remains an available shipping option, customers using this shipping option should understand and accept that there remains a risk of strike action escalation that MAY lead to delays.

We invite customers to use our other shipping services that are currently not experiencing labour disputes or shipping delays:

CHIT CHATS

Chit Chats uses a wide network of couriers to deliver your parcel at an affordable rate. Though affordable, Chit Chats does not ship to all destinations in Canada; if you live in a remote community, Chit Chats may not be an available option for you at checkout. Please note that Chit Chats does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer 2 FREE shipping options with Chit Chats:

  • Free Chit Chats shipping is available on orders over $59.00, before tax, for Select Areas of Ontario; and
  • Free Chit Chats shipping is available on orders over $99.00, before tax, for the Rest of Canada.

The expected delivery time for Chit Chats Free Shipping is 4 to 10 business days, after your order is packed and processed.

PUROLATOR

We have partnered with Shopify and Purolator to provide customers with reduced shipping rates. The following Purolator shipping methods are available:

  • Purolator Ground: Expected arrival date is 2 or more business days. The exact time depends on the destination city.
  • Purolator Express: Expected arrival date is next business day.

Local Delivery

Our in-house drivers deliver in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We offer local delivery to our customers in these areas of the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Scarborough, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham. $7.25 local delivery fee will be charged on orders $0.00 to $79.00, before tax. FREE local delivery can be selected on orders of $79 or more, before tax.
