Canada Post Service Disruptions

May 19, 2025, Canada Post received a strike notice from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) stating that Canada Post workers will be on strike as of May 23, 2025, 12:00 a.m. EDT. 

As of May 23, 2025, 12:00 a.m. EDT Canada Post workers are still operating; however, overtime has been banned. As such, deliveries may experience delays.

Canada Post remains a shipping option that is available on beyondRx.ca. We are continuing to monitor news regarding the negotiations between Canada Post and CUPW. If needed, we will remove Canada Post as a shipping option and communicate directly with customers who have pending orders using Canada Post to work out an alternative shipping method. Our goal is to ensure that customers do not have orders on hold in Canada Post's delivery system, should CUPW go on strike.

Sendle

We use Sendle as our secondary courier service. Sendle uses a wide network of couriers to deliver your parcel at an affordable shipping rate. Though affordable, Sendle does not ship to all destinations. If you live in a remote community, Sendle may not be an available option for you at checkout. Please note that Sendle does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated by Sendle at checkout, based on the smallest box that we use, which is 6" x 4" x 2". Most orders will require a box larger than 6" x 4" x 2", but we have used the smallest box for shipping rate calculations to help keep shipping costs low for customers.

Free Sendle Standard Shipping is available on orders over $99.00, before tax. Expected delivery is 3 to 10 business days, after your order is packed and processed.

Local Delivery

Our in-house drivers deliver in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We offer local delivery to our customers in these areas of the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Scarborough, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, and Markham. $6.75 local delivery fee will be charged on orders $0.00 to $59.00, before tax. FREE local delivery can be selected on orders of $59 or more, before tax.

We offer extended local delivery to our customers in these areas of the Greater Toronto Area: Burlington, Acton, Georgetown, King City, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. $8.75 local delivery fee will be charged on orders $0.00 to $79.00, before tax. FREE local delivery can be selected on orders of $79 or more, before tax.
