Canada Post Service Disruptions
As of November 15, 2024, Canada Post workers are taking part in a national strike. As such, Canada Post services will not be offered during the duration of the national strike.
To minimize disruption to our online retail operations, we have devised several options for our customers:
United Parcel Service (UPS)
Given their extensive delivery network, we have selected United Parcel Services (UPS) as our temporary backup courier. Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping rates are calculated by UPS at checkout, based on the smallest box that we use, which is 6" x 4" x 2". Most orders will require a box larger than 6" x 4" x 2", but we have used the smallest box for shipping rate calculations to help keep shipping costs low for customers. Customers will be able to select from 3 UPS Shipping Services:
- UPS Standard: Expected arrival date is 1 to 5 business days.
- UPS Expedited: Expected arrival date within 2 business days.
- UPS Express Saver: Expected arrival date is next business day in the afternoon.
Free UPS Standard Shipping is available on orders over $179.00, before tax. Expected delivery is 1 to 5 business days, after your order is packed and processed.
Sendle
Sendle uses a wide network of couriers to deliver your parcel at an affordable shipping rate. Though affordable, Sendle does not ship to all destinations. If you live in a remote community, Sendle may not be an available option for you at checkout. Please note that UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
Shipping rates are calculated by Sendle at checkout, based on the smallest box that we use, which is 6" x 4" x 2". Most orders will require a box larger than 6" x 4" x 2", but we have used the smallest box for shipping rate calculations to help keep shipping costs low for customers.
Free Sendle Standard Shipping is available on orders over $99.00, before tax. Expected delivery is 3 to 10 business days, after your order is packed and processed.
Local Delivery
Our in-house drivers deliver to select cities outside of the Toronto Area. We encourage customers in the regions of Toronto, Hamilton, Niagara, Brant, Waterloo, Barrie, Orillia, and Durham to visit our full Shipping Policy to see which cities we service.
As a temporary measure, we are lowering our local delivery fees to a flat fee of $6.75 and a minimum spend of $59.00 to waive this delivery fee. This temporary measure will be in effect until the Canada Post strike is over or until December 31, 2024, whichever event takes place sooner.
Discount Code: STRIKE10
We understand the the options presented may be less than ideal, as compared to Canada Post's regular service. To help offset the cost of UPS shipping and the delivery time of our Local Delivery service, please allow us to offer you 10% off sitewide with the code STRIKE10. This discount code needs to be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with any other discount codes offered by beyondRx.ca. We thank you for your continued support.
We continue to monitor the news for updates and the potential for strike activity. Customers may also see the latest updates in Canada Post's negotiations by visiting Canada Post's Negotiations Updates page.
