Recommended Adult Dosage:

• SAMe should always be taken on an empty stomach.
  
• Initial dosage for healthy mood/liver function: Take 1 to 4 tablets 2 times daily for 2 weeks.
• For osteoarthritis: Take 1 to 3 tablets 2 times daily for 2 weeks.
• Maintenance dosage: Reduce dose to 1 tablet daily after 2 weeks or as directed by a physician.
• Do not exceed a total of 8 tablets daily.
• Effects should be seen within 2 weeks of starting supplementation.

Warnings:
