Voltaren Emulgel Joint Pain (120 grams)

Description: Voltaren Emulgel Joint Pain is formulated to provide temporary relief for pain associated with muscle and joint sprains, and strains. It contains the active ingredient diclofenac diethylamine, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. This gel has a mild scent that disappears as the gel penetrates the skin.

Uses:

• Temporarily relieves pain due to: muscle and joint sprains, and strains.
  

Dosage for Adults and Adolescents Age 16+:

• Apply to affected area 3 to 4 times a day. Do  not use more than 4 times in 24 hours. Wash your hands after rubbing in to avoid accidental contact with the mouth and eyes.

Active Ingredients:

• Diclofenac diethylamine 1.16% w/w
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Carbomer, cocoyl caprylocaprate, diethylamine, isopropyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, macrogol cetostearyl ether, perfume, propylene glycol, purified water.

Warning:

• Do not use the product if you have had an allergic reaction to diclofenac ibuprofen, acetylsalicylic acid, naproxen, other NSAIDs; with other oral drugs containing diclofenac or other NSAIDs; if allergic to any of the ingredients in the product; if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy as it could harm your unborn child or cause problems at delivery; on skin conditions such as cuts, open wounds, rash or eczema; in the mouth, vaginal or anal areas; right before or after heart surgery.
  
• As a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have ulcers or stomach pain; take any other drug; are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  
• When using this product: do not wrap skin with an airtight dressing; avoid contact with eyes, if contact occurs, rinse with water.
  
• Stop use and ask a doctor if: pain gets worse or lasts more than 7 days; you have itching, redness, irritation of the skin; a skin rash develops after applying the product.
  
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, call a poison control centre or get medical help right away.
