Taro Cortoderm Hydrocortisone Ointment 0.5% (15 grams)

Description: Taro Cortoderm Hydrocortisone Ointment 0.5% is an anti-itch/anti-inflammatory ointment that can be used for the temporary relief of minor skin irritations, itching, and redness.

Indications: For the temporary relief of minor skin irritations, itching, redness, and scaling due to eczema, dermatitis, insect bites, poison ivy, poison oak, poison sumac, soaps, detergents, cosmetics, jewelry, and for itchy genital and anal areas.

Dosage: Apply small amount to the affected area not more than 3 or 4 times daily. Use for 7 days maximum.

Medicinal Ingredients:

• Hydrocortisone Ointment USP, 0.5%

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Fractionated coconut oil
• Methylparaben
• Propylparaben
• White petroleum

Warning:

• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not apply to large areas of the body.
• Do not use to treat vulvar itching associated with vaginal discharge.
• Use for 7 days maximum. If symptoms persist beyond 7 days, if conditions worsen, or if symptoms return after discontinuing use, consult your physician.
• Do not use on children 2 years of age or younger, unless directed by a physician.
