Description: Swiss Natural Melatonin Disolvezzz 5mg Peppermint helps to increase total sleep time for people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedules. These sublingual tablets are designed to be easily dissolved; simply place the tablet under your tongue. These sublingual tablets are free of preservatives, dairy, soy, gluten, wheat, and yeast.

Recommended Use:

• Helps increase total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule (e.g.e shift-work, jet lag)
• Help to reset the body's sleep-wake cycle

Recommended Dose:

• At or before bedtime, dissolve 1 tablet under the tongue.
• For use beyond 4 weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner.
