Sudafed Sinus Advance Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride (20 Caplets)

Description: Sudafed Sinus Advance Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride is a non-drowsy formula for relief from sinus congestion, pain, and headaches. It features the active ingredients ibuprofen and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride.

Uses:

• For temporary relief of: sinus pain, sinus headache, fever, sinus congestion, sinus pressure due to common cold or flu or sinusitis.
  

Dosages for Adults and Children Age 12+:

• Take 1 or 2 caplets every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Do not take more than 6 caplets in 24 hours.
• For children under 12 years of age: consult a doctor for directions.

Medicinal Ingredients (per caplet):

• Ibuprofen 200 mg
• Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride 30 mg
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients: 

• Calcium stearate
• Candelilla wax
• Croscarmellose sodium
• Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
• Microcrystalline cellulose
• Parabens
• Povidone
• Pregelatinized starch
• Propylene glycol
• Sodium lauryl sulfate
• Stearic acid
• Titanium dioxide

Cautions:

• Keep out of reach of children. This package contains enough medicine to seriously harm a child. Do not give to children under 12 years unless a doctor tells you to.
• Do not take this product if you are also taking acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or if allergic to ASA, ibuprofen, other salicylates or anti-inflammatory drugs, or any of the product’s ingredients.
• Do not take if you have an active ulcer; active gastrointestinal disease; lupus; serious liver, thyroid or severe kidney problems; asthma; heart disease; before or after heart surgery; swelling inside the nose; Raynaud’s disease; are very dehydrated; or are pregnant or nursing.
• Do not use with a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI, e.g. drugs for depression or Parkinson’s) or for 14 days after stopping the MAOI drug.
• Talk to your doctor before taking if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, glaucoma, chronic breathing problems, haemophilia, or difficulty in urination due to enlarged prostate or any other serious disease or taking other medicines.
• Consult a doctor if fever lasts more than 3 days, or pain and other symptoms last more than 5 days.
• In Case of Overdose: Stop use and contact a doctor or poison control centre immediately, even if there are no symptoms.
