Description: SKIN1004 Madagascar Centella Tea-Trica Purifying Toner is a lightweight toner formulated to soothe irritated skin while gently exfoliating pores to remove excess sebum, minimizing skin textures and micro-breakouts.

How to Use: After cleansing, dispense product on cotton pad or palms and gently swipe across the skin or pat product into skin.
