Senokot-S Natural Laxative Tablets (10 tablets)

Description: Senokot-S is a dual action natural laxative that helps to soften hard, dry stools and to provide relief of occasional constipation. Senokot-S is formulated to make it easier to pass stools.

Indications:

• Gentle relief of occasional constipation and softens stools.
• Promotes bowel movement, typically within 6-12 hours.
  

Dosage:

• Adults and Children Age 12+: 1 to 2 tablets at bedtime, maximum 8 tablets per day.
• Children Age 6-11: 0.5 to 1 tablets at bedtime, maximum 2 tablets per day.

Active Ingredient:

• 8.6 mg Sennosides from Natural Senna
• 50 mg Docusate Sodium

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Corn starch
• D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake
  
• D&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake
• Guar gum
• Lecithin
• Magnesium stearate
• Microcrystalline cellulose
• Polyethylene glycol
• Polyvinyl alcohol
• Silicon dioxide
• Sodium benzoate
• Talc
• Titanium dioxide

Precautions:

• Do not take for more than a week without consulting your physician. Overuse or extended use may cause impairment of the bowel, dependence for bowel function, dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
• Not to be used when abdominal pain, griping, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and/or rectal bleeding are present.
• Laxatives should not be taking within 2 hours of another medicine, because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
• Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
