Senokot for Women Natural Laxative Tablets (90 tablets)

Description: Senokot for Women Natural Laxative tablets are natural senna tablets that were created to provide gentle overnight relief of occasional constipation. The tablets are coated for ease of swallowing.

Indications:

• Gentle relief of occasional constipation.
• Promotes bowel movement, typically within 6-12 hours.

Dosage:

• Adults: 2-4 tablets once or twice daily, preferably at bedtime. Max daily dose is 68.8 mg standardized sennosides.
• Children Age 6-12: 1-2 tablets once or twice daily, preferably at bedtime. Max daily dose is 34.4 mg standardized sennosides.

Active Ingredient (per tablet):

• 8.6 mg standardized sennosides from natural senna

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Corn starch, glycerin, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, iron oxide red, titanium dioxide. 

Precautions:

• Do not take for more than a week without consulting your physician. Overuse or extended use may cause impairment of the bowel, dependence for bowel function, dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
• Not to be used when abdominal pain, griping, fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and/or rectal bleeding are present.
• Laxatives should not be taking within 2 hours of another medicine, because the desired effect of the other medicine may be reduced.
• Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
