Description: Sambucol Black Elderberry for Cold & Flu uses natural ingredients to provide multi-symptom cold and flu relief. This formulation features natural ingredients like echinacea, black elder, white willow, ascorbic acid, and zinc. These capsules are free from lactose, gluten, yeast, salt, preservatives, artificial flavouring and colouring.

Recommended Use:

• Helps to relieve severity and duration of upper respiratory tract infections and cold and flu symptoms
  
• Echinacea is traditionally used in herbal medicine to help relieve cold symptoms and to help fight off infections.
• Zinc helps to maintain immune function.
• White willow is used in herbal medicine for the relief of minor joint and headache pain and to relieve fever associated with the common cold.

Directions for Adults and Children Age 12+: Take 2 capsules two times daily with food. Take at first sign of cold and flu symptoms for best results and take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For use beyond eight weeks, consult a health care practitioner.
