Salonpas Pain Relieving Gel Patch Hot (6 patches)

Description: Salonpas Pain Relief Patches provide temporary relief of aches and pains associated with simple backache, muscle pain, arthritis, and joint pain. The menthol provides a cooling effect on contact, while the capsaicin gives a warming sensation. This formula provides 8 hours of relief.

Indications: Temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with: strains and sprains, simple backaches, arthritis, and lumbago

Directions for Adults and Children Age 12+: Clean and dry affected area. Remove patch from backing and apply to skin. Apply 1 patch to affected area for not more than three times daily. Do not use more than 3 patches a day. Remove patch from skin after at most eight hours.

• Capsicum extract 0.025%
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Glycerin
• Polyacrylic acid
• Gelatin
• Titanium dioxide
• Disodium (ehtylenedinitrilo) tetraacetate dihydrate
• Propylene glycol
• Sorbitan monooleate
• Oleyl alcohol
• L-Tartaric acid
• Water
• Emulsion of methyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate copolymer
• Partially neutralized polyacrylate
• Partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol
• Magnesium aluminometasilicate

 Warnings:

• If hypersensitivity, rash, redness, itching, or burning discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
• If you experience pain, burning, swelling, or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
• Do not apply to wound or damaged skin. Do not apply external heat after application, as doing so may result in excessive irritation or skin burn. Do not tightly bandage.
• Discontinue use at least 1 hour before bath or shower. Do not use immediately after bath or shower.
  
• Keep away from eyes or mucous membranes.
  
• If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately.
• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
• If condition worsens or if symptoms persist, or reoccur after a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician.
