Salonpas Pain Relief Solution (88 mL)

Description: Salonpas Pain Relief Solution is designed to numb pain away with two clinically-studied anesthetics (Lidocaine and Benzyl Alcohol). This solution begins to work on contact, providing targeted relief with no mess or scent.

Uses: For temporary relief of pain and/or itching associated with minor burns, sunburn, minor cuts, scrapes, insect bites or minor skin irritations.

Directions:

• Adults and children 2 years of age and over: Clean and dry affected area. Apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
• Children 2 to 12 years of age: application should be supervised by an adult
• Do not apply a bandage.

Active Ingredients (w/w):

• Lidocaine HCl 4%
• Benzyl alcohol 10%
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Aloe Barbadensis leaf juice aminomethyl propanol, carbomer, ethyl alcohol t, denatonium benzoate, water

Warnings:

• For external use only
• Do not use: in large quantities or over large area of the body; if you are allergic to any ingredients of this product; under a bandage; over raw surfaces or blistered areas; for teething pain
• When using this product: use only as directed; avoid contact with eyes (if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water)
• Stop use and ask a doctor if: skin reactions occur, such as rash, itching, redness, irritation, pain, swelling and blistering; the following symptoms appear: weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing and/or pale, grey or blue coloured skin as these may be signs of methemoglobinemia, a rare disorder, which may appear up to 2 hours after use; condition worsens; symptoms persist for more than 7 days; symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days.
