Description: Salonpas Pain Relief Patches are a convenient solution for effective temporary pain relief. This formulation has been proven to provide 12 hours of relief for mild to moderate aches and pains in the shoulder, neck, back, muscles, and joints. Each patch is 7cm x 10cm in size and is designed to be stretchable and flexible for comfort.
Indications: Temporarily relieves mild to moderate aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with: strains and sprains, simple backaches, arthritis, and bruises
Directions for Adults and Children Age 12+: Clean and dry affected area. Remove patch from backing and apply to skin. Patch may be left in place for up to eight to twelve hours. Apply 1 patch to affected area for not more than twice daily. Do not use for more than 7 days in a row. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist, or reoccur after a few days, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Medicinal Ingredients:
- Methyl Salicylate 10%
- Menthol 3%
Non-medicinal Ingredients:
- Mineral oil
- Styrene/isoprene copolymer
- Hydrogenated C6-20 polyolefin
- Polyisobutylene
- Polyisobutylene 1,200,000
- Aluminosilicic acid
Warnings:
- If hypersensitivity, rash, redness, itching, or burning discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
- If you experience pain, swelling, or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
- If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
- Keep away from eyes or mucous membranes. If eye contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Do not apply to wound or damaged skin. Do not apply external heat after application, as doing so may result in excessive irritation or skin burn.
- Do not use if you are allergic to salicylates or if you are taking anticoagulant medication.

I am definitely endorsing this product, it’s unbelievable. I was in so much discomfort and pain that I couldn’t move my leg. I purchased this product over a year ago and didn’t use it. I tried everything including RX medications nothing worked.
After much debate I tried the patch. Within hours I felt a big difference. The pain is less and I am able to move my joint without depending on the cane to move about.
I was extremely worried sick due to inability to walk properly. The stiffness in the back of the leg was unbearable. I literally had to lift the foot and went backwards in the shower due to the pain and stiffness in the back of the leg. My leg would seize up when I sat down.
I am definitely going to Shoppers to purchase two more packages. It worked marvellously. I purchased the package with five patches that says, shoulder, neck, back joint pain.

They work great. Might burn your skin a bit but I can sleep at night with this patch on my shoulder. I sleep on it side and without it I can’t lay on my arm.
