Description: Salonpas Hot Capsicum Patch helps to provide temporary relief of aches and pains associated with simple backache, lumbago, strains, sprains, and arthritis.

Indications: Temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with: simple backache, lumbago, strains, sprains, and arthritis.

Directions for Adults and Children Age 12+: Clean and dry affected area. Remove patch from backing and apply to skin. Apply 1 patch to affected area for not more than three to four times daily. Do not apply patch for more than 8 hours. If conditions worsen or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. May take 1-2 weeks to produce beneficial effects. For use beyond 6 weeks, consult a health care practitioner.

 Warnings:

• For external use only.
• If hypersensitivity, rash, redness, itching, or burning discomfort occurs, discontinue use.
• If you experience pain, burning, swelling, or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away.
• The application of external heat, such as an electric heating pad, may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn.
• Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not apply to wound or damaged skin. Do not tightly bandage.
• Discontinue use at least 1 hour before bath or shower. Do not use immediately after bath or shower.
  
• If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Centre immediately.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredient of this product.
• As with any drug, seek the advice of a health care practitioner before using this product.
• Keep away from children to avoid accidental poisoning. Package is not child resistant.
