Robitussin Extra Strength Cough Control for 6 Hours Relief Cherry Flavour (250 mL)

Description: Robitussin Extra Strength Cough Control was formulated to provide relief of dry coughs, chest congestion, and soothes throats. This formula includes guaifenesin, which can help to loosen mucus and phlegm buildup. This liquid is alcohol free, and comes in a cherry flavour.

Directions:

• Adults and Children 12+: Take 2 teaspoons (10 mL). Take every 6 hours. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 doses (60 mL) in 24 hours.
• Children Under 12 Year: Do not use.

Active Ingredient (per 5 mL):

• Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (DM) 15 mg
• Guaifenesin 200 mg

Warnings:

• Do not use with other cough and cold medication if you have an allergy to any of the listed ingredients.
  
• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you have/are: a persistent/chronic cough (as occurs with smoking); shortness of breath or chronic lung disease (e.g. asthma or emphysema); or pregnant or breastfeeding.
  
• Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days; a fever, rash, persistent headache is present; you cough up thick or green mucus.
  
• Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, call a Poison Control Centre or doctor right away.
