Directions for Use:

• Before inserting ear plugs, pinch nose and blow.
• Use your opposite hand to pull the top of your ear upward.
• Insert the ribbed end and turn like a corkscrew until snug. For best results, always insert plane plugs one hour before landing. Remove after landing and when cabin door is opened.
• Chronic sufferers may also insert plane plugs just before takeoff. Plane plugs may be removed when the airplane reaches maximum altitude and reinserted one hour before landing.

Caution:

• Do not user earplugs if ear-related medical condition exists.
• Do not force or push into ear canal.
• If discomfort or pains arise, discontinue use and seek medical assistance.
• Should not be used for diving or for water protection.
• Not recommended for use with firearms.
• Keep ear plugs in carrying case when not in use.
