Description: PharmaSystems Anti-Nausea Wristbands are a drug-free alternative for motion sickness and nausea. They are ideal for air, boat, or car travel and roller coasters. and work by exerting a gentle pressure on the 'nei-kuan' acupressure point on each wrist. These wristbands are made of cotton and spandex, and the button is made out of polypropylene. This product is latex free.

Instructions for Use:

• For best results, it is recommended to wear a wristband on each wrist before and during the duration of travel. Precise positioning of the wristband may improve results
• Place the wristband over the wrists with the plastic button facing the inside of the wrist.
• Find the acupressure points on each wrist by applying three fingers across the wrist, starting from the crease at the bottom of the hand.
• Located the two tendons that run parallel to each other in the wrist with your index finger. The button on the wristband should be centered here.
• For the best results, wristbands should be worn on both wrists.
