Pepto-Bismol Liquid for Nausea, Heartburn, Indigestion, Upset Stomach, Diarrhea (115 mL)

Description: When you have stomach troubles, Pepto-Bismol bismuth subsalicylate suspension calms and soothes your stomach. This familiar pink liquid can help to relieve nausea, heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, and diarrhea.

Uses: Temporarily relieves upset stomach, including symptoms of heartburn, indigestion, nausea, diarrhea.

Directions:

• Adults: Take 30 mL every 30 minutes or 60 mL every 60 minutes as needed for diarrhea/traveler's diarrhea.
  
• Children Aged 12+: Take 30 mL every 30 minutes as needed for overindulgence.
  
• Do not exceed 8 doses (240 mL) in 24 hours.

• 17.6 mg Bismuth Subsalicylate

• Gellan Gum
• Magnesium Aluminum Silicate
• Methylcellulose
• Salicylic Acid
• Sodium Salicylate
• Sorbic Acid
• Sucralose
• Water

Warning:

• Do not take this product if you are allergic to salicylates, including acetylsalicylic acid or taking other slicylate products.
• Do not use if you have an ulcer, a bleeding problem, bloody or black stool.
• Ask a doctor before use if you have fever, mucus in stool, when taking tetracycline antibiotics, if taking medicines for anticoagulation, diabetes, gout, or arthritis.
• If pregnant or nursing, may cause temporary but harmless darkening of tongue or stool.
• If symptoms of upset stomach worsen, recur, or persist for more than 2 weeks, consult a physician.
• Stop use and consult a physician if ringing in the ears or loss of hearing occurs, if diarrhea is accompanied by high fever or continues for more than 2 days, if symptoms get worse or last for more than 2 days.
• In case of accidental overdose, contact a physician or poison control centre immediately.
