Description: PediFix Pedi-Gel Arch Pads are designed to cushion and protect to support high or low arches. These pads help relieve arch and heel pain and tired, aching feet. These pads are self-sticking, which can adhere to your feet or to the inside of your shoes. PediFix Pedi-Gel Arch Pads are durable, washable, and reusable.

Directions:

• Wash and dry feet. Peel off backing and apply.
• To remove, gently peel away from skin.
• Do not apply lotions,powders or medications to pads or skin when using Pedi-Gel products. Keep packaging for storage when not in use. Pads will not adhere to skin unless both are clean and dry.

Care: Hand wash. Air dry completely before reuse. Gel maintains its self-adhesive properties even after washing.

• If you have diabetes or poor circulation, consult your physician before using.
• Do not place on an open wound.
