Orange Naturals Mag Sleep Magnesium + GABA & Melatonin (90 capsules)

Description: Orange Naturals Mag Sleep was formulated to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, to reset the body's sleep-wake-cycle, and to promote relaxation. Magnesium helps to support muscle function and promote relaxation in the mind and body, in addition to many other important roles. GABA enhances relaxation in the brain, reduces stress and creates a calm state. Melatonin is known as a 'sleep hormone' produced mainly in the brain; melatonin production can sometimes be dampened due to factors such as our environment and aging.

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 to 2 capsules before bedtime OR as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks OR if symptoms of chronic insomnia worsen or persist continuously for more than 4 weeks.
