Description: Nature's Bounty Melatonin is made for those suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule. This melatonin supplement helps increase the total sleep time in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule, reset the body's sleep=wake cycle, helps prevent and/or reduce the effects of jet lag, and helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase disorder. This supplement comes naturally flavoured in strawberry and comes in chewable gummy form.

Recommended Adult Dosage:

• Take 2 gummies once per day, at or before bedtime. Do not use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.
  
• For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
