Mansfield Plastic Lice Comb

Description: Mansfield Plastic Lice Comb helps to remove dead lice and nits from hair after lice killing shampoo kill the lice and most of the eggs.

Instructions:

• After shampooing with your choice of lice killing shampoo. Towel dry hair.
  
• Use your regular comb to brush out tangles.
  
• Part hair into sections and clip back.
  
• Lift a section of hair that is about 0.25" to 0.5" and place comb at the scalp.
  
• Hold firmly at a 90 degree angle and pull the comb from the scalp all the way to the end of the hair.
  
• Clean any nits out of the comb by placing it under running water or cleaning with a tissue.
  
• Continue combing out one section at a time. To reduce tangles, it helps to keep the hair moist with plain water. When you have finished combing, check the scalp one more time. Rinse hair thoroughly with warm water.
  
• You need to continue checking your child's hair every day for at least 10-14 days to make sure there is no reinfestation. You can reuse the Mansfield lice comb to remove any nits that are found.
