Dosage for Adults Over 18 Years Old: Take one single dose of 17 grams (one sachet) once a day OR as directed by your physician. Stir 17 grams into water, juice, or non-alcoholic beverage and consume. Treatment for 2 to 4 days may be required to produce a bowel movement.
