Description: Lactaid Ultra Strength Fast Act Lactase Enzyme caplets provide the digestive enzyme, lactase, which breaks down lactose into easily digested sugars to help prevent uncomfortable symptoms of lactose intolerance. If you get gas, bloating, or diarrhea from milk or other foods, this supplement may be for you.

Directions:

• Swallow 1 caplet just before eating any food containing lactose. The amount of Ultra Strength Fast Act Lactaid caplets you need depends on the amount of lactose in the food you eat. Start with 1 caplet and adjust dosage to 2 caplets.
  
• A maximum of 2 caplets at any one time should prevent the symptoms caused by lactose intolerance.
• If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and talk to a doctor.
