Description: JAMP Calci-O's Calcium with Vitamin D3 is formulated for the maintenance of good health. Calcium is a factor in the normal development and maintenance of bones and teeth and in the maintenance of good health. Calcium intake when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a health diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis.

Dosage for Adults:

• Chew 1 tablet twice daily after meals or as directed by a physician.

• 500 mg elemental calcium (as 2381 mg of calcium citrate)
  
• 10 mcg (400 units) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
