JAMP Pharma Cal-O's Calcium with Vitamin D3 (60 caplets)

Description: JAMP Cal-O's Calcium with Vitamin D3 is formulated for the maintenance of good health. This formula is designed to help in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth and help in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorous. Calcium intake when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise may reduce the risk of developing osteoperosis.

Dosage for Adults:

• Take 1 caplet daily. Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.

• 500 mg elemental calcium (as 1250 mg of calcium carbonate)
  
• 25 mcg (1000 units) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)
