Description: Jamieson Zinc is a highly absorbable zinc formula that provides immune system support. It helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and protein and supports the maintenance of healthy skin.

Directions for Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Medicinal Ingredients (per tablet):

  • 10 mg Elemental Zinc (gluconate)

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, modified cellulose gum, vegetable magnesium stearate. 

Warnings:

  • Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
