Description: Jamieson Valerian Herbal Complex is formulated using a blend of four gentle herbs: valerian, hops, passion flower and catnip. It was designed to help promote restful sleep and reduce anxiety, without the risk of becoming habit forming.

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 2-3 capsules before going to bed or as needed for the relief of insomnia

• 25 mg Passion Flower Extract
• 20 mg Catnip Extract

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Cellulose
• Dicalcium phosphate
• Vegetable magnesium stearate
