Description: Jamieson Stress Ease is a multi-vitamin and multi-mineral supplement designed to support those with busy lifestyles. This supplement provides vitamin B supplements to convert carbs, fats, and proteins into energy and provides vitamin C and zinc to help support your immune system.

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or a few hours after taking other medications.
