Description: Jamieson Melatonin 10 mg Timed Release Dual Action is an enhanced timed sleep aid formula. Made with two layers, the first layer dissolves quickly to help you fall asleep fast, while the second layer slowly releases additional melatonin to ensure a full night of restful sleep.

Directions:

• Take 1 caplet at or before bedtime.
• Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin.
• Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Medicinal Ingredients (per tablet):

• Melatonin 10 mg
  

Non-medicinal Ingredients:

• Cellulose
• Dicalcium phosphate
• Water-soluble cellulose
• Vegetable stearic acid
• Vegetable magnesium stearate
• Modified cellulose gum
• Sodium copper chlorophyllin
• Silica
• Hydroxypropyl cellulose.

Caution:

• Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Avoid taking with alcohol or products that increase drowsiness.
