Description: Jamieson Calcium (650 mg) + Vitamin D3 (400 IU) is formulated to develop and maintain strong bones and to reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis (when calcium is combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise). This calcium supplement is a complex of five calcium sources.

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1 to 2 mini-tab caplets daily with meal. Take caplet a few hours before or few hours after taking other medications.
