Description: Jamieson Calcium (650 mg) is a complex of five calcium sources. This supplement is formulated to develop and maintain strong bones and to reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis (when calcium is combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise).

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 2 mini-tab caplets daily with meal. Take caplet a few hours before or few hours after taking other medications.
