Description: Jamieson Ginger 340 mg was formulated to help prevent nausea and relieve upset stomach. Ginger is clinically known to prevent nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, and/or seasickness. It has also been used in Herbal medicine to help relieve digestive disturbances.

Directions for Adults, Adolescents, and Children Age 6+:

• For anti-nausea: Take 2 softgels every 4 hours, 1-3 times daily.
  
• For the prevention of motion sickness: Take 2 softgels at least 30 minutes before departure.
• For relief of digestive upset: Take 1 softgel daily.
• Do not exceed 6 softgels daily.
