Description: Jamieson High Absorption Gentle Iron is formulated with iron, folic acid, vitamin B2, B12, and vitamin C and is designed to be a high absorption formula that is gentle on the stomach. It helps to prevent iron deficiency and maintain a healthy immune system.

Directions for Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
