Description: Jamieson Calcium Magnesium and Zinc is formulated with calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio and has been enhanced with Zinc for additional mineral support. This supplement is designed to help support strong bones and healthy muscle function, and help reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis (when calcium is combined with sufficient vitamin D, a health diet, and regular exercise).

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1-3 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
