Description: Jamieson Calcium Magnesium and Vitamin D3 is formulated with calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio and has been enhanced with Vitamin D3. This supplement is designed to help support strong bones and healthy muscle function, and help reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis (when calcium is combined with sufficient vitamin D, a health diet, and regular exercise).

Recommended Adult Dosage: Take 1-3 caplet 3 times daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
